Crochete de branza de vaci

Ingrediente: 250 g branza de vaci, 250 g faina, 1 ou, sare, ulei.

Mod de preparare: Branza se scurge bine si se amesteca cu faina si oul pana se omogenizeaza bine de tot. Formati crochete rotunde sau ovale si prajiti-le in ulei incins.
