Pasta de peste

Ingrediente: 400 g peste ton din conserva, 75 g smantana, 10 g unt, 2 fire de ceapa verde, sare, piper.

Mod de preparare: Intr-un blender se amesteca pestele, smantana, unt, sare, piper. Ceapa se spala si se toaca foarte marunt si se adauga si acestea in blender, amestecandu-se bine pana se obtine o pasta consistenta si pufoasa. Se prajesc cateva felii de paine si se servesc cu pasta de peste.
