Vinete pane

Ingrediente: 2 vinete, 100 g pesmet, 100 ml ulei, 50 g faina, 1
ou, sare.

Mod de preparare: Se curata mai intai vinetele, se taie in lungime
felii de aproximativ 1 cm grosime si se sareaza. Se lasa apoi la scurs, se trec
prin faina, oul batut bine, pesmet si se prajesc in ulei incins. Se servesc ca
aperitive calde.
